Assessing & Negotiating a job offer
2 sessions + edit support
It’s wise to take the time to objectively assess a job offer and whether it really suits long-term career goals.
Coaches will discuss the company, the position and tactical elements. Once you have determined the opportunity is right, the negotiation begins.
Create a win-win scenario: get what you need to make the move and the company gets a new employee who feels valued and can contribute immediately.

Onboarding is defined in employer language and generally is a tactical list of “to do’s” that includes reviewing company values + by-laws, job function, tools and the “basics” desk/supplies/key card access, etc.
At GMC, we recommend that you take ownership of a 30.60.90-day plan and create meaningful developmental milestones that match YOUR goals and accelerate success.

• Two additional phone consults in month 2 and month 3

Interview preparation hinges on understanding your interviewer’s goals and effectively answering key questions with your personal stories.
We work with clients to quickly get ready to go on interviews for College, Graduate School, Internships or Professional Job Interviews.
We will mock interview you in person, on the phone or skype and coach you to be prepared for a successful discussion.
